Rubber Cables: C.R.I. Submersible cables are manufactured at its state of art manufacturing facility located near Coimbatore, India. The systems at the manufacturing facility are certified for ISO-9001. C.R.I. produces different types of submersible cables in a wide range to meet the different needs of customer across the world. These cables are produced keeping vagaries of field conditions and voltage fluctuations in mind to ensure reliability, safety, longevity and energy saving.
CONDUCTOR
Conductors are drawn from bright electrolytic grade 99.97% purity copper with more than 101% conductivity. High purity and conductivity of copper ensures greater saving of electrical energy which helps to reduce electricity bills.
INSULATION AND SHEATHING
The bunched coppers are insulated with specially formulated superior grade EPDM material with high thermal stability and insulation resistance. Outer sheath is made up of special grade waterproof EPDM compound resistant to moisture, abrasion, grease, oil and other environmental effect. Entire length of the core insulated wires are being tested with online spark tester to ensure that there are no weak spots in the insulation, pinholes, black spots and any other defects during extrusion.
